So many things to do around Angel Welcome Bed & Breakfast. One of the stops we recommend is Quarry Hill Winery in New Berlin. Just a quick 15 minute drive up State Route 113, Quarry Hill Winery offers many red and white varieties, as well as fruit and ice wines and now, even beer and martinis (Weekends only).
The vineyard sits on a spot high enough to see a view of Lake Erie, and even count sailboats on clear days! Add to that the beautiful views of the lovely Ohio countryside and the outlook over the fruit growing at Quarry Hill Winery.
The wine bar offers tastings and light food options to compliment the wines. Wine tastings are of course a popular option, at 50 cents each, or $1-2/ per taste for dessert wines. Up to 6 tastes are allowed per person and you may also wish to purchase the souvenir Logo Glass keepsake for $4.00.
If you visit on a Friday or Saturday evening, and occasional Sundays- you will enjoy live music starting at 6:30 from various groups and individual singers.
You can also purchase bottles of wine to take home. The winery accepts cash, check or credit cards and will ship via UPS in Ohio only.
