Holiday Happiness at Angel Welcome Bed and Breakfast!

It’s time to start thinking of the upcoming holidays – Christmas is just around the corner, not to mention Thanksgiving! We love the idea of a getaway for couples, before all the madness is upon us. Angel Welcome Bed and Breakfast is ready to host your holiday escape, with our comfortable and cozy rooms and delicious homemade breakfasts each morning to fortify you before you head out to enjoy the area. Here are a few of the fun things to do near Milan this 2019 Christmas season.

Flyer for Naturally Country Christmas Open House Start right here at Angel Welcome with our Colonial Williamsburg Christmas Luncheon! Make your reservations for November 2nd, 6th, or 10th by calling Judy at 419-499-0194. Cost is $15 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Make a full day of it by combining the luncheon with a trip to Norwalk for the annual Naturally Country Christmas Open House for the most unique decorations and gifts – this year’s open house will be November 1-10th, from 10am-5pm daily.

Another chance to shop is at the Sandusky Holiday BRRRzaar & Brew, November 9th from 2-5pm in Downtown – the outdoor market will feature antiques, vintage, retro, handmade, and repurposed goods. It’s a great place to wrap up your holiday shopping while enjoying some local craft brews and live music. Stick around until 6 for the Holiday Lighting Ceremony at Washington Park.

On December 7th, between 10am-12:30pm, Vermilion’s Main Street is packed with people awaiting the arrival of the Christmas Tree Ship! It’s an icebreaker full of Christmas trees, ushering in the holiday season – enjoy Sid Jordan and the Vermilion Community Band, cookies, donuts and hot chocolate. Bundle up! After that, Huron has it’s annual Winter Fest at the Boat Basin from 2-7pm. Carriage rides, Santa and Mrs. Claus and more- plus FIREWORKS!
