It’s been so nice to be able to get out and about this summer, enjoying the warm weather and sunshine, as well as the freedom to enjoy outdoor activities! Before the cool winds of autumn start to blow, here are a few late-summer musical events outdoors near Angel Welcome Bed and Breakfast – all within a 20-minute or so drive, making it easy to return to us for a great night’s sleep and a delicious home-made breakfast!

This is a series of outdoor concerts on Sunday evenings through August 29th, 2021. A variety of musical styles will be represented, including Big Band and Polka. Bring your lawn chair or blanket and enjoy the musical evening!

Another concert series in Vermilion, these take place on different nights of the week in different locations. Many bands and artists will play live for their attentive audiences, making lovely summer memories for years to come!

What: Boppin’ on the Basin
A wonderful series of concerts right nest to the water at the Huron Boat Basin Amphitheater. Cover bands for Bruce Springsteen and Fleetwood Mac, British Invasion, Elvis, Funk, Country and Oldies will play the night away and rock your socks off!

What: Annual Put-in-Bay Barbershop Quartet Show
This wonderful event will feature twenty or more talented Barbershop quartets from Ohio and some surrounding states. Each group will present two songs, then all of the singers will gather for a grand finale! If you love harmony, this is the event for you!

A series of live concerts in Port Clinton, at M.O.M. (Meals on Madison), which was created in response to the pandemic, allowing downtown businesses to survive through shut-downs. It’s back in 2021, bigger and better, with many more musical acts for your enjoyment, from Blue Grass and Rock to Symphony Orchestra!
