Starting early, Port Clinton presents its 6th Annual Sip & Shop on November 20, 2021, from 11am-7pm. Shop, sip, and dine in downtown Port Clinton, while entering many drawings for wonderful prizes!
It will be easy to get into the Yuletide spirit after an evening of “Holidays are Here Again!” with the Firelands Symphony Orchestra. Taking place from 4-6pm on December 5, 2021 at the Cedar Point Sports Complex in Sandusky, you’ll be enchanted by Christmas movie classics and family favorites, accompanied by the Firelands Symphony Chorale, guest vocalists and live narrations. Purchase tickets online – cost is between $25-$30, or purchase in person for youth and college students $5 tickets.
On December 9th, enjoy a real old-fashioned Christmas Tree lighting at Spiegel Grove. Admission is free for this event starting at 6pm, and going until 8pm. Sip hot chocolate by the campfire while you enjoy the lovely lights. Sleigh and Trolley rides will be available for $5.50 and $4.50. Also available that night will be tours of the Hayes Home – purchase tickets here.
December 10-11, Sandusky Winter Wonderland happens at Jackson Street Pier. This two-day extravaganza will feature a real outdoor ice-skating rink, live music, shopping, gorgeous decorations, hand-made gifts for purchase, food trucks and ale sales. This is the community Christmas event you’ve been dreaming of!
Make your Christmas merry & bright by spending an evening with the The Nunsense Christmas Musical, Nuncrackers! Dec. 10, 11, 17 and 18 at 8pm, and Dec. 12 and 19 at 4pm, head to the Playmakers Civic Theater in Port Clinton for an uproarious take on Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Ballet by the Sisters in their convent basement! Tickets are $20 and may be purchased online.
