With Thanksgiving but a week or so away, we are giving thanks for being able to stay in business, bring hospitality and joy to Milan, Ohio, even through a world-wide pandemic. We are grateful to our guests for staying with us and supporting our small, local business. We are appreciative to be surrounded by communities that offer fun things for our guests to do when they stay with us. We are thankful to the Lord for blessing us to be able to do what we do, and share our home with others – we are just plain THANKFUL!

Merry Merry Market Barn
Quarry Hill Orchards opens their market barn for the second annual Merry Merry event. Enjoy a festive atmosphere along with crafts like wreath-making, edible (for the birds!) ornaments, and cookie decorating. Sip cider or a glass of wine as you peruse shopping opportunities, listen to live Christmas music and taste holiday snacks. Santa will be making an appearance, too!

Community Christmas
Port Clinton hosts a wonderful Community Christmas in the Main Street area – shop, sample the chili contest entries, visit with Santa, and stroll the decorated street from 2-5, then head over to Second Street to watch the lighted Christmas parade. Finally, go to Adams Street Park for the City’s Tree Lighting Ceremony at 6pm.

Christmas Carols with the Lakeside UMC Choir
Join Lakeside United Methodist Church choir at Walnut Plaza as they lead in the singing of Christmas carols. All are welcome for this free and festive event!

Christmas in the Village
See the beautiful Christmas decorations at Lyme Village. Visit each open building, and enjoy historical snacks. Children can write their letter to Santa in the Merry Schoolhouse, mail it in the Post Office, then go to the Mansion to visit with Santa. Tickets are $8 each.
